What is menstrual pain?
Menstrual pain is pain before and during menstruation.
Usually involves stabbing and abdominal cramps. Often attracts the pain through
to the back or legs. The pain can be so severe that you can not work. Menstrual
pain is annoying but goes away.
Before or during menstruation, you can also get other
symptoms such as
Headache,
Breast pain,
Bloating,
Nausea,
Diarrhea,
Dizziness
Fatigue.
Sometimes women are even faster sad or irritable before and
during menstruation.
What causes cramps?
Menstrual pain is caused by the contraction of the
uterus. Each month an egg is released
from one of the two ovaries. The endometrial thickens so that a fertilized egg
can implant there. If no pregnancy occurs, let the mucus loose and it comes
with some blood out. The uterus retracts to dispose off. Mucosa This contract
gives the cramps and stabbing just before and during menstruation.
There is no clear link between the amount of blood loss and
pain. There are women with little blood loss that many menstrual pain. And
there are women who do not have a lot of blood loss menstrual pain.
